An event sponsored by the Washington Fire Chiefs and the Washington State Council of Fire Fighters.
Do not miss this special training at the Red Lion Hotel, Yakima, November 14-16, 2011. Click on this link for registration information and agenda. A topic of main focus will include facilitation skills for leaders and how to survive with four generations in the workforce, each with different expectations, traits, characteristics, values and work style.
This symposium was designed with the understanding that Washington's Labor/Management discussion has evolved over the past four years. The format reflects what we've learned from the last four symposiums incorporating many of past participant's suggestions and requests. We are now leading the country in these issues. It's time to learn from each other, formulate higher-level discussions, and compose a vision for the future. You are invited to join us and be a part of tomorrow!
This event is designed to involve both management and labor. Per WSCFF Convention Resolution 28-10, at least one representative from Management & Labor must participate in this symposium.
