Trustee -  Rich Kittinger, was elected to the Board of Trustees in 2008. He is a member of Local 106, Bellingham. Rich began his fire fighting career in 1994 with the Richland Fire Departmen, Local 1052, and was involved with the union immediately. He was hired by Bellingham in 1997, and has continued his union activity serving in various roles throughout his career.

 Elected to the Board of Trustees in 2003, John works for the City of SeaTac Fire Department. He served as President of the SeaTac City Fire Fighters, Local 2919, and is currently their Vice President.
