Kelsey Ragucci

Kelsey Ragucci is a Senior Instructional Designer with the International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF), where she develops training programs that support fire fighter safety, union leadership development, and member education. With a background in education as a teacher, instructional coach, and school leader, she brings expertise in adult learning and practical training design to her work with fire service leaders across North America.

At the IAFF, Kelsey collaborates with subject matter experts and union leaders to create engaging in-person and online learning experiences. Her recent work includes developing leadership courses for newly elected Local Presidents and Secretary-Treasurers and supporting the IAFF Partnership Education Program.

Kelsey also designs sessions that help union leaders use AI tools to improve research, policy development, and strategic decision-making. She holds a Master of Education in Curriculum and Development from the University of Virginia.
