The 2022 Fallen Fire Fighter Memorial ceremony will honor the 469 fallen members who would have been recognized at the canceled in-person 2020 and 2021 Fallen Fire Fighter Memorial ceremonies. The names were submitted between January 1, 2019, and December 31, 2020.
The ceremony will take place at the IAFF Fallen Fire Fighter Memorial, located on the corner of Pikes Peak Avenue and Hancock Avenue in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Fallen members who have died or are submitted as line-of-duty deaths between January 1, 2021, and December 31, 2022, will be added to the Wall of Honor at the 2023 Fallen Fire Fighter Memorial ceremony.
