Washington State Council of Fire Fighters
The WSCFF’s mission is to provide the best possible working conditions, the safest work environment, and the fairest wages and benefits to fulfill the needs of the men and women in this profession.
Join NW Fire Velo for this ride that starts from Veterans Memorial Golf Course and heads out on quiet, one way city streets. The route winds through town and on to scenic back roads traveling along the South Fork Walla Walla River Road. The route turns around where the pavement turns to trail and returns to the start where you will help send off the Convention Golf Tournament players. Here’s a GPS link for the route. The ride is 56 miles and will be led by NW Fire Velo member, Jamie Monroe. Jamie rode from LA to New York last summer for the 20th Anniversary of 911 Ride for America event.
The ride is FREE and open to all abilities. Please complete registration and insurance waiver prior to the event. Must provide own bicycle, helmet, and water, and follow all Washington state bicycling laws and rules.
