Trey Irwin, L2299 served in the Idaho Army National Guard as a Combat Medic and began his career in EMS in 2012. He served five years with the Moscow, ID Volunteer Fire Department before taking a position with AMR in Spokane County. In 2019, he joined the City of Clarkston Fire Department. He has served as Local 2299 President and Vice President. He is an advocate for advancing statewide peer support tams and enhancing the mental health of fire fighters.
