The WSCFF provides learning opportunities and resources for members at every stage of their career, from new firefighters to experienced leaders. Districts also provide educational opportunities year-round.

The Power Through Participation program educates members about the value of the WSCFF and belonging to a union.
Mini Educational Seminars
WSCFF District Representatives, working with WSCFF and IAFF leadership plan and present educational workshops for local affiliates.
IAFF 7th District Events
The IAFF 7th District Vice President provides educational and leadership training for IAFF members in Washington, Idaho, Alaska, and Montana. This includes the IAFF 7th District New Members Conference, occurring every year, open to members with fewer than five years on the job or born after 1995.
