When injured on the job or thinking about filing a workers compensation claim, there are several things you must think about and be prepared for early on in your claim.  While you may hope that you’re going to get better and back to work in a few weeks to months, be prepared for the claim to take longer to resolve.  For those longer claims, here are the types of benefits that are available.  Throughout, we will address how your Local can help you with your claim and your employer.  We will also talk about when you should consult with a local attorney.
