The Derby takes place from June 14 - 16, 2027 in Umatilla, Oregon. Firefighters from across the IAFF 7th District will for a two-day mix of friendly competition and fundraising for the IAFF 7th District Benevolent Fund. More information will be posted when it becomes available. 
The Derby takes place from June 14 – 16, 2027 in Umatilla, Oregon. Fire fighters from across the IAFF 7th District will for a two-day mix of friendly competition and fundraising for the IAFF 7th District Benevolent Fund. Festivities begin Tuesday evening with a Texas Hold ’em tournament ($20 buy-in), followed by Wednesday’s Fishing Derby: the top three boats with the best five-fish aggregate will take home prizes. More details will be posted when they become available.

The 2026 Washington State Fallen Firefighters Memorial Service will be held on June 14, 2026, at 1:00 pm at the Washington State Capitol West Campus North Diagonal Lawn (416 Snyder Ave SW, Olympia, WA 98501), and is open to the public. Attendees, families, and guests can enjoy a night of socializing, playing cornhole, and a BBQ dinner. Dinner: all-you-can-eat hamburgers, hotdogs, cheeseburgers, sides, dessert & Coca-Cola products Two tickets per person toward beverages or other stadium purchases (e.g., team store) Buses will shuttle between the Three Rivers Convention Center and Gesa Stadium from 5:00 to 10:00 p.m.
