Grant County Firefighters operates within Grant County Fire District #3. The district encompasses 503 Square miles with an average population of 15,000 with an influx of people in the summer. Our population can increase to roughly 30-40,000 in the summer. We provide fire and EMS services. The fire district is governed by 3 commissioners.

We are now Wenatchee Valley Union Fire Fighters , IAFF Local 453. We have proudly served the citizens of the Wenatchee Valley and have represented our Fire Fighters for over 80 years.

The Hanford Fire Department is a highly trained and professional career industrial fire department with 145 members. We provide emergency fire, medical, hazardous materials, and technical rescue response on a 24-hours a day, 7-days a week basis.
