It is with heavy hearts that the WSCFF and Local 3829 Dupont report the death of Albert Gasak. Al passed away on the morning of July 27, 2023, after a long battle of cancer.
Al started his journey with DuPont Fire as a volunteer until he was hired into a career position. Al went on to be our longest standing member with his volunteer and career time combined at DuPont, serving for 20 years until his retirement earlier in 2023.
Al was a friend to all. Please keep his family and Local 3829 in your thoughts and prayers.
