When there is a change to how management and the union interact, outside the scope of an existing agreement, our Union, upon being made aware, has the right and responsibility to demand the employer to bargain the impacts of the change. This class unpacks what this means, and how it works.

About the Speakers

Dave Lamb

Dave Lamb serves as President of IAFF Local 828, Longview. He is a graduate of the IAFF 7th District Executive Leadership Series Program and serves as the WSCFF 1st District Burn Foundation Representative.

Casey Yeager

Casey is the President of Local I-66 Boeing Fire Fighters. I-66 includes Boeing fire fighters in the Puget Sound area and St. Louis, Missouri; there are also union fire fighters in Lake City, outside Kansas City. Casey is a graduate of the IAFF 7th District Executive Leadership Series Program of study.
