This session will provide an overview of the Struggle Well program, introducing the science of Posttraumatic Growth (PTG) and how individuals can transform struggle into strength. Attendees will gain a foundational understanding of how Struggle Well supports firefighters and departments in building resilience, enhancing well-being, and driving meaningful culture change across their organizations.
