IAFF 7th District Fire Ops 101 provides local IAFF affiliates an opportunity to invite elected officials and members of the media to experience the time critical, highly technical, labor intensive work of fire fighters and paramedics. IAFF 7th DVP Ricky Walsh has provided registration materials to local leaders. A block of hotel rooms has been reserved at the Courtyard Richland Columbia Point. The rate is $139.00. Kitsap Firefighters Benevolent Fund is partnering with Get Out and Fish for a Trout Derby. This unique event, hosted on the I-Angler app, allows participants to fish any body of water, anywhere, during the duration of the derby. proceeds benefit firefighters, families, and community members in need. WSCFF 85th Annual Convention Golf Invitational, hosted by L452, Vancouver and presented by 1-800-BOARDUP, all proceeds will benefit the Vancouver Firefighters Community Assistance Fund, the WSCFF Burn Foundation, and the Firefighter Cancer Support Network.
