We congratulate the accomplished students who were awarded a 2019 WSCFF Benevolent Fund Scholarship. Each winner demonstrated outstanding scholastic achievement, community service and a written essay. In the essay, applicants were asked to discuss: “Right-to-work, its impact on unions and their members, and possible union responses”.
