WSCFF Benevolent Fund Scholarship
Application Period Closed
The application period for the 2026 WSCFF Benevolent Fund Scholarship is now closed. Applications were accepted from December 15, 2025 through March 15, 2026.
Applicants will be notified after the Scholarship Committee has reviewed all submissions. Notifications are expected sometime in early May 2026.
Applications for the 2027 scholarship will open December 15, 2026.
About the Scholarship
WSCFF Benevolent Fund Scholarships are awarded annually to dependents of WSCFF members and retirees. Applicants must be a senior in high school and planning to attend an accredited university, community college, or trade school. Candidates are scored on their GPA, class load, extracurricular activities, letters of recommendation, and an essay.
Scholarships are funded primarily through the sale of fire fighter special license plates and an annual donation from DiMartino Associates and are awarded by a committee comprised of WSCFF District Representatives and two local members.
