This class provides an overview of the roles and responsibilities of a Union Executive Board and how effective leadership supports a strong, accountable organization. Participants will learn the purpose of the Executive Board, the distinct duties of key officer positions, and how board members work together to guide the union between membership meetings. The class will cover topics such as governance, decision-making, financial oversight, communication with members, and maintaining transparency and accountability.
